When I last wrote to you, I introduced a new feature that summarizes the key points of your GLG calls. Today, I’m excited to share an enhancement to the Transcript Viewer that provides a more effective, intuitive user experience and boosts your post-call productivity.

After your next call, you’ll be able to:

  • Uncover more with AI Assistant by asking questions (including preset prompts) to extract takeaways, uncover challenges, and assess speaker sentiment.
  • Review your conversation in a simple Q&A format to distill the information into specific questions and answers, highlighting insights that might otherwise be buried in a longer narrative.
  • Quickly review company mentions and related context, in addition to key points, now organized by themes.
  • Download your transcript and generated outputs in your preferred format to easily pass along what you’ve uncovered to teammates.

Our first version of these capabilities is now available for English language transcripts, and we’re working to support other languages soon.
