The CEI is an annual initiative of the Human Rights Campaign, the largest LGBTQ+ civil rights organization in the world. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are central to GLG’s policies and cultural values, as well as to GLG’s award-winning Social Impact work, which delivers GLG’s platform and services to the social sector. GLG Social Impact has provided pro bono support to numerous LGBTQIA+ advocacy and support organizations, including GLG Social Impact Fellow The Trevor Project, as well as contributions to annual Pride celebrations and other events around the world. GLG also operates seven Diversity Networks for employees, including an LGBTQIA+ network with more than 150 members.
“GLG’s top score on the CEI reflects our continued commitment to creating an environment where our people can be themselves, and thrive, with confidence,” said GLG Chief Diversity Officer Desirée Dancy. “While much work remains to be done, the progress made so far is encouraging, and should push us all to gain even more ground.”
