Associate, Sales Enablement
The Associate, Sales Enablement helps support client renewal efforts and monitor account usage and activation. Partnering closely with VPs across global Financial Services accounts, you’ll support critical partnerships through supporting commercial negotiations, onboarding, and required reporting. You should be comfortable articulating the value of our expert network, professional services, and client-facing tools and technology to clients.
Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Supporting our client accounts
- Support renewal process and increase retention rates, renewability, and renewal timeliness
- Lead monthly client reporting efforts for dedicated VPs, including usage and activation
- Provide CPQ, contracting, and user mapping support
- Create and maintain client-facing presentations and internal account materials
Nurturing and expanding our current client base
- Support in user engagement where required
- Run user onboarding for designated account(s)
- Collaborate with senior executives to retain and grow existing client relationships
- Support lead generation efforts through cold calling, email outreach, and coordinating meetings for potential new clients
- Target specific clients to increase awareness of GLG, engage them to share top issues and projects, deliver GLG solutions to meet needs and add value to their business
An ideal candidate will have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 1-3 years of financial services experience – experience selling or supporting the sale of information services and solutions a plus
- The ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to provide the best support to your account team
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively, in an ever-changing and fastpaced environment
- A desire to learn, grow, and proactively identify opportunities to expand GLG partnerships
- A strong passion for persuasion, especially around complicated and intellectually challenging issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, while ensuring attention to detail

Actual compensation is based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. Certain roles may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
