Learning and Development Managers are highly proactive, credible and passionate self-motivators who establish themselves as a critical resource with colleagues and stakeholders across all levels of seniority. They are knowledgeable about effective D&I and L&D program design and can effectively transform general concepts into effective and relevant programs and initiatives.
As part of the Global Learning & Development team, this individual will spearhead the development and implementation of Diversity and Inclusion initiatives while also partnering with L&D colleagues to foster a culture of growth and development across the company.
