The mission of Network Management is to build and manage a best in-class network for GLG’s clients. The Network Management team is dedicated to collaborating with teams across the organization to solve systemic issues within the Network Member (NM) experience and maximize outcomes for NMs and Clients to ensure GLG’s network of experts is second to none.

 

Network Management owns the NM asset, growth strategy, CRM strategy, and value proposition, and co-ordinates policies and protocols across the business in close collaboration with the BU and Technology teams.

 

Job Summary

 

The Strategy & Analytics Sr. Associate, Network Management is a key member of the GLG Network Management team, and reports to the Director, Network Management.

 

The Strategy & Analytics Sr. Associate is tasked with helping the Network Management team analyze and develop strategic and tactical initiatives. He/she will partner closely with the rest of the Network Management team, as well as the Member Solutions, Engineering, Data, Client Solutions, and Marketing teams working to improve Network Member experience and value, while optimizing for business impact aligned to GLG’s and Network Management’s overarching strategy.

The Strategy & Analytics Sr. Associate will need to develop a solid understanding of the overarching strategy and current initiatives for Network Management, and build relationships with initiative stakeholders, working cross-departmentally on measuring initiative success, uncovering paths forward / follow-on strategic initiatives, and managing stakeholder expectations.

The preferred candidate will be driven, collaborative, and data savvy, able to make data-driven decisions that optimize the experience of Network Members as well as impact to the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Strategy & Analytics Sr. Associate, Network Management will be responsible for the following:

  • Assist in developing and measuring success of strategic Network Management initiatives, working in close partnership with cross-departmental technical and business partners, as well as Network Operations Program Managers within Network Management.
  • Help quantify needs of the business units as they relate to Network Members and Network Management.
  • Run analysis on initiatives and segments of Network Members, creating storyline and presenting findings of analyses to key stakeholders.
  • Support Network Operations Program Managers by serving as Project Manager on various key initiatives as needed.
  • Network Member advocacy: Help represent the voice of the Network Members, working with the Members Solutions team and the rest of Network Management to deliver a best-in-class experience to the customer.

 

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

  • 3+ years’ experience in analytics or project management capacity
  • Uses data and quantitative methods to analyze problems and results
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent facility with Excel required
  • Experience and comfort with PowerPoint
  • Self-starter and intellectually curious
  • Identifies and articulates issues across the organization relating to categories inclusive of customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and engagement
  • SQL experience writing and editing database queries, with high comfort learning new database structures is preferred but not required
  • Academic pedigree: An undergraduate degree required
