Recruiting Associate, Network Development (Placement-focus)

Experience Level: Mid

GLG is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join Singapore Network team as Recruiting Associate. Recruiting Associate are responsible to identify and assess top talent across the SEA region.

The right candidate must be able to successfully manage, prioritize and close searches against a timeline and have experience setting benchmarks, metrics, and understand how to prioritize to hit all customer SLAs. They thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Associate will be executing time-sensitive and competitive projects for GLG’s clients
  • Partner with Client Solutions team to determine optimal hiring profile.
  • Manage own candidates through the recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage. This includes finding and interviewing candidates, providing a wholistic assessment of a candidate’s profile, presenting suitable candidates to clients among others.
  • Provide support to the team and coordinate with both clients and candidates to collect availability and schedule interviews for all candidates going through the interview process.
  • Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

 Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 0-2 years of work experience preferably working as agency recruiter 
  • Superior communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated oral, written and presentation abilities in a business-focused setting using a variety of communication channels (telephone, e-mail etc.)
  • You would have some experience in recruitment with a CEI certificate registered under MOM
